A champ that can literally start two shotting champs with only 2 items seems pretty balanced dont you guys think so? :^)

I think that all of the marksmen in the group listed directly below should get small to medium nerfs, such as slightly reduced base AD or attack speed per level growth. Twitch Draven Tristana Jinx Vayne MissFortune KogMaw Xayah

If minor nerfs to the group listed above causes the group listed below to immediately jump up to replace them, then we'll know that the marksmen class was/is considerably overtuned, and it should be followed up with small itemization nerfs or nerfs to the champions listed below. Following this cycle of gradually nerfing the strongest meta marksmen, we might eventually get to have a meta where a ranged ADC isn't essentially guaranteed to be on each team. In that case the "Bot" role might finally be more than a synonym for "ADC".

I definitely think the nerfs should be very gradual though, so that other repercussions can be dealt with as they pop up. For example, if weaker marksmen causes tanks to become excessively hard to kill, then DPS mages could be granted better itemization. Allowing a slow meta shift will also let melee DPS champions options, such as MasterYi item 1419 item 3153 item 3124 , to naturally enter the meta to help fill the tank-shredding role.

I think Riot should set this as a goal to stretch out over next season via small steps so that players can adjust without panic.

Twitch and Tristana would not get a nerf in season 8 preseason.

Oh...the math has been shown on here dozens of times.
HE DOES NOT 2 SHOT ANYONE ANYTIME UNLESS HE IS BEYOND INSANELY FED AND THE OTHER GUY IS INSANELY BEHIND.

He is strong, but the reality is he 6 shots and hits you with an E at best over 5 seconds. It feels like less but its not.

I like how Rengar was nerfed for that same reason but he could only one shot one person via his ult and cluttering around them was counterplay that forced him to back up or suicide. Twitch can shoot THROUGH your front line from a range and shred everyone at 3-4 items.

They aren't going to touch him until runes reforged is live.

If he is still in an overpowered state when they drop, he'll get nerfed.

I'm sure they're watching current threats as closely as possible for when the new runes come out.
