Give Space Bar a use in other camera modes

When you use unlocked camera, pressing space centers the camera on your champion, and holding space keeps the camera following your champion.

So while in locked camera, why not make holding Space Bar unlock the camera until it is released?

And in semi-locked camera, why doesn't Space Bar center the camera on your champion?

I changed the toggle lock button to space bar, seems way easier than whatever the hell the other button was.

It's Y and since I play with locked cam I use it often. Had it switched for a while but kept pressing Y anyways so switched back. I really like the semi-locked mode because the camera still adjusts for my movement. It kills me that pressing space doesn't re-center it.
