Step 1.

Riot you keep thinking that this game is fun. That ranked mode is fun. No one is playing fucking ranked cuz they enjoy that shit. If we wanna have fun we play normals. Ranked is a competitive mode. You need to realize that and stop trying to make ranked a place where even the bot lane inting ezreals can have fun.

Step 2.

People want to be able to climb in ranked mode. There is probably a huge percentage of good players that are simply fucked by the system and stuck in bronze/silver/gold etc. Every game will have bad players. Put the trash in the trash queue. Make a separate queue for all the kids that just wanna try out ranked and not learn the game yet and have them fight each other. Someone gonna come out on top I'll tell you that.

Step 3.

Make ranked have more requirements. For example, players must have at least mastery 4 on a champion to use it in ranked mode and increase the level restriction to something like 50. Make ranked an actual ranked mode and not just a place where children can get stomped on.

Step 4.

If you follow all the other steps and make a clown queue for the clowns in ranked mode then there will be no more stomps in ranked mode. Because the rest of the players should be around the same skill level for each elo.

Riot please don't let your ranked mode go to shit. I'm here carrying games n shit but then you give me an unranked bot lane that just wants to play with toes while they feed. People wanna climb but the bullshit "everyone wins" matchmaking you have ain't gonna cut it.

If you're a trash ass player why in the world does matchmaking say "aww sorry bb I'll put you with high win rate players so you could have a chance to get a win to." If you're losing multiple games you're either trash, tilted, or both simple as that. A ranked queue should not look out for the lower-skilled players.

  2. They won't separate the player base outside of the actual ranks (and even then they don't always do that because of the dumb mmr system)

  3. I'm fine with this. But i'd also like to see it so you have to own more champions as well. 10 is too little, make it like 25.

I've been leveling a new account recently, It has taken a ridiculous amount of time to level it up to 30, and I'm still two levels away. I play like 20 games a week. There are a lot of people who don't even play that often. Raising the level cap to 50 and requiring they have Mastery 4 on 20 champions is a ridiculous set of limitations. Some people only like a small selection of champions, and that's perfectly fine for ranked.

There aren't a huge amount of players fucked by the system and stuck where they don't belong. The system actually works pretty well at getting people where they belong. People just want to blame others and believe they are better than they really are. That's why the matchmaking system has never changed outside of small tweaks since this game came out like 10 years ago, even though people have made the exact same complaints about matchmaking the entire time. Go back to the old forums, you will find the exact same identical posts complaining about bad teammates and trolls etc.
