Match People who are on loss streaks with other people on loss streaks

Very simple idea. Instead of putting 1 person on a win streak with 4 people on loss streaks just put them all together. 5v5 all lost 4 games. 5 of these people will win and maybe un-tilt. It would also allow better players to rank up instead of being hardstuck. Players who aren't as good won't have to get tossed by an enemy team that's just on fire as well.
