Zac need some love

I always think that Zac Q is like a elastic powerful punch but sadly when I see by the first tie it's obly a simple punch, So I suggest this:
Stretching Strike Cost 4% of current health Cooldown 9/8.5/8/7.5/7 seconds Range 550
Current [Q] Zac lashes out with an elastic punch, dealing 70 / 110 / 150 / 190 / 220 (+50% of ability power) magic damage to all enemies hit and slowing them by 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40% for 2 seconds.
New [Q]
FIRST CAST: Zac begins channeling his elastic punch, gradually increasing the range and damage of Stretching Strike over the next 2 seconds.
Zac can still move while channeling, but can't autoattack or use his other abilities an exception of his W "Unstable Matter", and his movement speed is slowed by 15%. After 4 seconds, Stretching Strike is automatically cancelled, going on full cooldown and refunding half of its health cost.
SECOND CAST: Zac lashes out with an elastic punch, dealing magic damage to all enemies hit and pushing them back slightly, and slowing them for 2 seconds.
RANGE: 375 ~ 825
MINIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 50 / 83 / 117 / 150 / 183 (+ 50% AP) MAXIMUM MAGIC DAMAGE: 90 / 150 / 210 / 270 / 330 (+ 100% AP)
SLOW: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40%
He also need this:
R - Let’s Bounce!
Passive: Zac gants tenacity bonus
Tenacity: 15 / 25 / 35%
So with these changes he now feel more elastic and have more cool plays in his limited repertory.
