Remove flash

Remove flash for season 7 or have it built in? Is that's what's going on? Would be cool

While we're at it let's remove the difference in movement speed and all gapclosers to make it fair.

I actually think it's a good idea to remove flash. If you fuck up, you deserve to die.

if there was no flash in game then there would be nothing but (more so then now ) champs with dashes / gap closers in the game and if you play anything outside of that you are at a more disadvantage with out a flash
