Making builds?
Is there any way to make or revise builds like we could on the old client? I can't seem to find where it's located on the new alpha client.

It isn't implemented in the new client.
I would recommend using either:
- The legacy client
- http://lol.item-set.com/
For now, you can still log on to the old client to make and revise builds. There should be a legacy client link below the login button on the new client. Builds should still appear in games on the new client.
There isn't a way to make or revise builds on the new client yet. Riot have said that since a small percentage of players used it, they're not going to add it to the new client during beta.
After the beta is over, I think they'll probably add it.
