Ranked is stupid. I don't want my rank being based off of how 9 other people play

Heres the same problem that has come up time and time again. If you make it based on individual performance, people will just farm to get lots of cs, and only go in if they can get kills and avoid death.

There should be a more complex algorithm to calculate your rank. Like KDA, cs, turret hit/dmg, inhib hit/dmg, objectives (dragon baron), how many wards placed, where wards are placed, when wards are placed, when you got a kill, how many dk, tk, qk, pk, duration of you in combat, how many spells cast, how much dmg dealt, how much dmg taken, how much you healed, you much dmg your shield taken.

All of this add 50%, multiply by 3, divided by 2, gives you your performance.

Exactly. Right now it's just the laziest possible way of "ranking" someone.

The problem is your idea would rank players based on data that has absolutely nothing to do with how well they play the game.

Or are professional player worse than level 20s because they don't get as many kills? Are all Tank players Bronze 5 because they take too much damage every game without doing a lot themselves?

Stop playing ranked, multi-player team games like League of Legends.

So in your opinion, your personal ranking is not ranking how good you personally are at the game?

It's a simple idea: If you don't want your rank in a game to ever have anything remotely to do with players on your team or with the enemy team and their players, you shouldn't play team games. That's what Single Player games are for.

Last game: 9/4/10 as support Vel'koz, rest of team is something like 15/30/20 idk but we lose bad. How is that a justification of me losing LP? I just don't understand it
