Buffs:

Passive: Happy Hour

Heal increased from 6% to 8% all ranks

W: Drunken Rage

Damage Reduction increased from 10/12/14/16/18% to 40/45/50/55/60% (including to reduction to true damage) all ranks

Drunken Rage's channel removed.

E: Body Slam

Cooldown decreased from 16/15/14/13/12 to 12/11/10/9/8 seconds

at first i thought this was a serious post... and was going to point out that even though he does indeed have that winrate as a jungler

12% of games he is played mid lane.. where he has a 52% winrate and is above 50% in mid at every elo.

and i was going not saying buffs are completly out of the question.. but he doesn't really need them, and that if he was buffed they would have to do it without making him pick/ban in mid
