Smurfs bragging about Riot employee friends

Not really sure where this should go. I just got out of a game with 4 players and a smurf. He was Level 6 or something. He went 1/9 as ADC. He had a Gold ranked support. The whole game he complained about not having runes or Flash, and ragged on the enemy for being only Silver ranked. When the rest of us didn't surrender at 20, he stopped playing. (I don't say afk, because he kept typing.) The rest of our team consisted of a Plat V and 2 Bronze I's, and we wanted to play it out. One of our team mentioned he might get banned for afk, and his main might get banned too. So then this smurf starts going on about how he has friends that are Riot employees and he won't get banned. And they won't get in trouble because they are high ups at Riot. Now, I don't believe this guy for a second, but he went ahead and named Rioters who would give him special treatment. Obviously this isn't kosher and Riot would not give special treatment to a DB because he's friends with Rioters. And if he is actually friends, those Riot employees he named would probably be rightfully PO'ed that he named them. I just wanted to share my ridiculous story. This is why people say the LoL community is generally toxic and the reason for smurfs needs to be addressed.
