LFG Want a team that will actually play

So I've tried 3 times now to either start or join a team, and so far gotten 1 placement match done between all three. I want a team. I play top lane. I am in bronze 1. I am in EST. I play either in the morning btwn 8-11 or in the afternoon btwn 4-7. I could use a voice chat for morning games, and can listen for afternoon games. I would like a team that can get into ranked right away and play a game or 2 every day. Please invite me if you have a team that is serious about playing but can handle losing games as well. Please.
