Soooo why am i still losing 3 lp for dodging this kind of game?

Basically we got into the game and he chose master yi, enemy team banned yi, and he does this. And i'm supposed to lose 3 lp for dodging? wtf?

it sounds like the enemy team banned yi in addition to your own team member. he wouldn't have gotten yi regardless but that probably explains why he trolled. or more likely perhaps, he threatened it to force out someone elses dodge (so he wouldnt have to)
also its cause its simply too abuse-able, as you could just continue dodging over and over until you got a favorable team.
It's because dodging has to come with more consequences in ranked games, or else people would just do it all the time with no care. The first one is 3LP, the next is 10LP.
