Gathering Storm(Aram and RGMS)
They should make gathering storm in aram scale faster its pretty useless right now on that game mode or other RGM's

Then don't use it? You have 7 other options to choose from if it's secondary, and you get 3 out of 9 possible choices when it's primary
And the old Runic Affinity mastery was literally useless in ARAM before. It'd be nice if all masteries were roughly equal on all maps, but it's not a major problem if they're not. Just don't pick the weak ones.
