Sivir's W is blocking more than one ability
I zed ulted a sivir and hit her with an e and q and she took zero damage. and she was able to block the ali combo wtf

Isn't it intentional? From wiki:

Spell Shield can block multiple abilities if they strike Sivir at the same time, as is the case with all spell shields.
First of all, check out the neat pinned post on how to report a bug thats pinned at the top of this board.
Second maybe you missed some skills? Or she had lifesteal or a healer on her team and got healed when you didnt notice?
Finally, Sivir's E is her spell shield.
