Please fix ranked

I beg of you, Riot! Fix it! At least TRY to make people who don't troll get matched with others like them! I jsut went 7/6 on my main, starting off 3/1. We lost, naturally. I had a 0/7 soraka mid who constantly called dragon and blamed everybody (s2 style - "nice MIA top ...after the laning phase", a 0/7 hecarim jungle who brought TP and thought gnaking meant "walk in and take cs then die", and a 0/6 ashe who thought that csing while in the middle of a trade was a good idea. The other tema, by comparison, got the entire glory of playing against feeders. A 13/2 master Yi, who naturally was fed by hecarim and soraka because LET'S TRY AND FIGHT THE HYPERCARRY WHEN WE'RE ON LOW HP, a 6/1 lux because soraka mid, and a 3/1 3/1 botlane. Why did this happen to me? I never feed or troll. I win msot games. I play as best I can, and I strivfe to improve. The people i'm paired with jsut don't make sense! This "dynamic queue" BS ahs only given me feeder after feeder after afk after 0/15 sion ADC. It doesn't match me with people like me, it jsut doesn't care about me and gives me the bottom of the barrel of %%%% teams and trolls. The system doesn't even TRY to take into account my personal play and lumps me with "duo bot with %%%%" sion ADC and yorick support with only mana crystals. I hate the current system; it has ruined any enjoyment I've had in ranked by grinding me down until I pray for a decent game.
