What is wrong? ADC and support bans at Masters+ Good lord... Still funny to see Yasuo bans at bronze and silver.

Ezreal is simply completely and utterly OP right now - basically, what happens if you buff an extremely meta-dependent ADC in a meta that is not for him (S7 Summer with the Q AD ratio and CD buffs, Tear buffs) and then change the meta.
Basically, what held Ezreal back last summer was the presence of Censer and the generally high level of sustain in the bot lane between Censer-synergising supports and the strong heals of Warlord's Bloodlust. Now, with the new runes, the sustaining power of Warlord's is almost completely gone (3-30+0.06 bonus AD against minions, 5-50+0.01 bAD against everything else, NOT scaling with Crit chance/damage). Meanwhile, Ezreal now has 8 higher base AD at all levels (Sheen effects hurt more), no more problems with mana management between Klepto and Manaflow Band, an additional 16 AD at level 1 (Inspiration + Sorcery path bonus, whereas most other ADCs have 18% AS at level 1, which is way less useful that early). And, in a world where burst damage has generally gone up a bit (due to more powerful runes and everybody going double damage), his trait of safety shines.
