why is galio bad right now? i have played him and his burst and tankyness is nice so why is he bad?

Ok sure but why1 votesRiot decided to put more damage into his AP ratios at the expense of his base damage a while back
Although this is what EVERY tank deserves to promote balance, Galio is bad because he's the only one that got it while every other tank gets to enjoy their high base damages
