A Way To Buff Turrets (for champs)

okay say some Gfuel adderall addicted 12 yr old kid dives you under turret and you die obviously cause turrets suck pp, has you watch the turret take its sweet time hitting him or sometimes not even shooting them, my idea to buff turrets is the longer the person is under the turret and the turret senses they are it get passive increased attack speed onto that champion or adderall shooting into the main line vein kid diving you. then obviously once the turret kills them or they get out it will insta reset back down to normal attack speed. ALSO WHY IS BRAND "SUPPORT" STILL A THING THE GUYS DOSE MORE DMG THAN THE ADC EARLY GAME AND GETS FED LIKE HES TAKING KIDS FROM A CANDY STORE.
