Is warding really good for the game?

Watching worlds and seeing so much wards placed i remembered good old season 1 times when i didn't gave a shit about warding. And thought - if we had no wards - then:

  1. It would definitely improve map awareness and safe play on lanes.
  2. It would allow to reduce death timers, since mistakes are more common.
  3. It would allow to increase tankiness of turrets, so mistakes are less punishing.
  4. Clairvoyance return as a vision option without warding.
  5. Supports are free from sightstone curse. Fun thing that Ardent Censer is best when rushed, but you can't cos must get that sightstone, sorry bruh.

I can only see pros of removing wards from the game. Cons anyone?

I don't know, it doesn't seem like much fun when everyone just tower-hugs all game because they are too afraid to go into the lane in case the enemy jungler is there.

Imagine how you feel when the enemy have an Evelynn - except, instead of a kind of weak sort-of-assassin who can't kill you on her own, you have excellent duellist junglers constantly popping up in your lane with no way to avoid them.

Cons: Go watch a Bronze elo game where the supp doesn't have SS and the enemy just waits in the jungle and jumps people over and over.

The game would suck without wards. Not being able to know when objectives are being taken or knowing where the enemy jungler could be would make it a complete shitshow.
