In their current state, and for some reason even though we completely rework SOME champs, others will always remain in their highly overpowered state, without so much as a single ability change. It is just sad how often you see the same champions over and over and over. Yasuo, riven, leesin, ryze, tryndamere, lucian day in day out. SO GD BORING.

yeah i know that but OP is referring to the current state, he's still definitely strong provided he survives to mid-late. but highly over-powered? cmon son, you've got to dodge a bunch of skillshots, get into mid-close range chain 2 fluxes together and unload oh yea also gotta make sure nothing walks between you and the overload otherwise damage is pretty much mitigated completely. maybe pre-spellflux cd nerfs he was overpowered but currently i believe him to be just powered.
Z3 Mado1 votesWhat about proxy singed? Chase him you die, waste your time, lose objectives and lose the game. Ok, what if we snowball botlane / midlane? Maybe put the enemy jungler behind. Nope this is soloqueue, no one can be coordinated lul. Singed double proxies, and pushes both lanes, and the overwhelming pressure loses you objectives like towers, and ultimately the game. So i ask this again, where's the counterplay?

Or you can just take kayle and not mind him at all while having a perfect farm for 25min then gg wp 250 farm kayle incoming for teamfights.
