Remove/rework Kindred ult now pls

Kindred ult is helps the winning team too much, and makes comebacks all but impossible.

Enemy team has fed nocturne/vayne/fiora ect....only way to win fight is to burst them down. That is now impossible to do. I think Riot went a little too far with Kindred ult, which has the most teamfight impact of any ultimate in the game, by FAR.

Kindred'sKindred ult. is only effective if any Champion resides in its radius. If you are really desperate to win a game against Kindred, get a Lee SinLeeSin.

Thing is if the here fed Fiora is there she will get pentakill after the ult is done.
