Taric Rework Idea

Passive: Gemcraft After using an ability, Taric gains a Jewel Shard. At 3 Jewel Shards, Taric's next basic ability gains additional effects.

Shatter: Shatter will Stun the first champion hit and slow all those hit by the AoE. Stun: 1/1.5/2 seconds Slow: 30%/60%/90% for 1/1.5/2 seconds

Imbue: Imbue will now additionally heal the target for 100/200/300 + (5% bonus health)

Dazzle: Dazzle now also reduces the target's armor by 10/20/30 (+ 5% armor) for 4 seconds.

Radiance: Radiance now grants bonus Armor and Magic Resist. Half of the amount to nearby allies. Bonus Stats: 20/40/60

Q: Shatter Taric shatters his gemstones, dealing damage to the first champion hit and half that damage to all nearby enemies.

Range: 600 Cost: 40/50/60/70/80 CD: 10 Damage: 50/90/130/170/210 + (0.4 Ability Power) AoE Damage: 25/45/75/85/105 + (0.2 Ability Power)

W: Imbue Passive: Taric's gems are outrageous, granting himself and nearby allies 8% of his armor as bonus armor while Imbue is not on Cooldown.

Active: Taric encases an ally with his Gems, shielding them from a great amount of damage and gains movement speed when moving toward target ally.

If cast on himself, Taric gains a stronger shield, and increased movement speed when traveling towards enemies and losing movement speed when moving away from enemies.

Range: 800 Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 CD: 20/19/18/17/16

Ally Shield Strength: 100/150/200/250/300 + (15% Bonus Armor and Magic Resist) Shield Duration: 6 seconds Movement Speed Gained: 75%

Self Cast Shield: 150/200/250/300/350 + (20% Bonus Armor and Magic Resist) Movement Speed Gained: 75% Movement Speed Loss: 30%

E: Dazzle

Taric's next basic attack deals bonus damage and reduce his other abilities cooldowns by 2 seconds.

Cost: 70 CD: 6 seconds Damage: 40/60/80/100/120 + (0.2 total Armor)

R: Radiance

Taric slams his hammer to the floor, dealing magic damage to all nearby enemies and slightly knocking them away from him. For the next 10 seconds, Taric gains Attack Damage and Ability power. Additionally, he creates an aura that grants nearby allies half of those bonuses.

Cost: 100 CD: 75 Duration: 10 Seconds Self Buff: 30/50/70 Damage: 150/250/350 + (0.5 Ability Power)

I like coming up with champion concepts and rework ideas, even though I'm not too savvy on the numbers side of things.

My only real concern is to whether or not keep Taric's point and click stun, it being a big part of his identity. The game is lacking point and click CC so if I should redo this to keep the point and click, please let me know.

I like how it is, spam them heals late game.
