Rune Suggestions?

So as I'm about to buy the last of my flat CDR glyph, I'm at a loss of what to get next. I currently have nine rune pages for my thirty champions. Any suggestions of what sort of runes I should get or rune pages I should build? Currently I have :

Mages - AP Quints, MPen Reds, AP Scaling Blues, HRegen Scaling Yellows AP Melee - AP Quints, MPen Reds, MR Blues, Health Scaling Yellows Marksmen - AS Quints, AD Reds, MR Blues, Armor Yellows Bruiser - AD Quints, APen Reds, MR Blues, Armor Yellows Mage Support - Gold Quints, MPen Reds, AP Scaling Blues, Armor Yellows Utility Support - Gold Quints, Armor Reds, MR Blues, Gold Yellows Tank Jungle - MS Quints, AD Reds, CDR Blues, Armor Yellows Support Tank - Gold Quints, Armor Reds, MR Blues, Armor Yellows AD Jungle - LS Quints, AD Reds, CDR Blues, Armor Yellows

If you have assassins you should go the normal assassin runes page

at least normal for me

AD Quints, Armor pen reds, Armor yellows (if against ad) or Scaling health yellows (if against AP), and any blue idrk i forget mostly cdr i would think, or MR is u are going armor route
