I've recently return back to league after a 3 month break (PC broke) and I noticed that nobody runs Exhaust anymore even vs a assassin heavy team comp. It's always ignite. Is 
just to strong to pass up now or 
just too weak.
ignite has 30 secs more cd than exhaust, it does dot true dmg that also got buffed and it gives heal reduction with 550 true dmg at leave 18, in short ignite is broken ass hell and theres no reason not to take it on support mid and top
You just haven't been in enough games since you've been back, plenty of exhaust.
