So, what's going on with Taliyah?

So, what is the balance team going to do with Taliyah now? Literally wondering what's going on when they just buff/nerf the champion over the span of a butch of patches just to get rid of her AoE. It feels like the champion is the same as when she was first nerfed into jungle but without AoE. What's the balance team planning on doing about it now @Riot ?
