why does leveling have to be a painfull and long grindy experience? :(

it's to give new players a chance to learn the game before they hit level 30, and often that isn't even enough time for people. if you are talking people making new accounts and it being hard, it's because it wasn't meant to be easy for them, it's meant for actual new players.

because you are actually supposed to learn the game as you level? because it allows you earn IP for you to get new champions and runes?
I know but like i alreayd been through it once XD. it just takes forever to get another one to lvl 30.
