My issue with Assassin Update
Looking at the changes, I'm honestly surprised that Eve isn't anywhere here! She's one of the premier assassins. Yet she's not here. She is slated for a VGU, but not now. She's been tuned over and over again, but not now. She doesn't get skins cause she has a vgu eventually... somewhere in 2020.
Other than that, the flat out nerfs to akali are annoying. The abolishing of spell vamp is stupid. Lifesteal is broken right now, but spell vamp is the real problem? That aside. The 2 hit passive is honestly, weak. From the looks of it. The first hit doesn't compare ANYwhere with how strong her spell vamp actually is, especially early game before she has gun blade. The second hit? well.. doesn't she have that on every auto right now? Yeah. So it's a one off time for the second AA. Unless that AA proc is much higher than the current ratio, then it's a net nerf. The ult nerf is also retarded.
The W isn't even a good buff outside of the invisible update. Her E is STILL pointless to her kit. not only does physical, but doesn't... do anything. It's just a small AoE for... whatever reason. It doesn't syngergize with anything else on her kit. Let it proc her Q's detonate, let it proc the first AA portion of her passive even! (that's actually a good idea now that I think about it)
