End game client takes way too long to show up

Ever since the start of preseason/S10, every time I get out of the Victory/Defeat screen I'm faced with a Loading screen on the client that I notice no one else in the lobby has as I see entire conversations take place and all players leaving before I get in. Like I said, only recently has this been happening on a very good laptop

Go into the client settings and turn off the "close client while in game" option.
