Riot seriously 15 of my last 20 matches have been losses. I've gotten nonstop toxic flamers and afks can you please fix this garbage matchmaking so I don't get As and Ss with a team that's clearly not at the same level vs enemies who are at the same level this is getting old. I once had 52 wins over my losses now I'm at 26 so wtf is going on
Anatera4 votesRiot uses a matchmaking system that enforces a set winrate close to 50%. If you stray too much beyond that in either direction, you'll start streaking. With wins or losses. So at some point, you'll be bombarded with wins.
Kind of ruins the fun when you realize that the game was trying to sway the outcome, but hey, a system that doesn't do this is sooooo haaarrrd for Riot to make. They don't have, like, any money at all either, so obviously it's just asking waaaaay too much from them.
Best Ekko NA2 votesARAM is basically which team has more "meta" champions and players that know how to use them. It's pretty sad because they started adjusting champions for the mode in order to fix this problem, but they actually didn't change much in regards to how powerful certain champions are. Certain champions are literally useless but commonly picked by the system (Rengar, Talon, etc), namely assassins which can only take out one target before getting blown up by the remaining enemy team.
I loved playing ARAM until they started adjusting the balance manually, now I generally avoid it unless I'm really bored. Everything is even more out of line now than it was before they tried balancing it and it's not all that fun to play anymore.
