Leaving Matches Because Of Lag

Today I went out and brought my computer to play LOL. I went to the library...THE PING WAS CONSISTENTLY 1000. In my 1st games when nobody was at the library it was at 150 ping and was playable but in my next 2 games they were constantly over 1000 so I left both of them. (I was using LOL as a study break so when i studied for a bit more I played the second game)

Nobody seemed to mind when I said I would be leaving the match (Maybe they got mad afterwards) but I just wanted to know if I would get banned by the tribunal (I logged on at home after I got home to see if I was given a warning or any low priority Q but I was just wondering if this is a bannable offence and if i got banned. I didnt want to feed the other team anymore (i couldnt even farm) so I just left because I was frustrated.

Your thoughts? Do you think I will be banned and do you think this is a fair and acceptable reason to leave (I didn't play ranked because I was scared of the ping). RITO pls dont ban me. I love this game and I won't play LOL at the library again.[slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
