So i dont know how to build Cait anymore...
Is Stormrazor into RFC into IE into Shiv into Bloodthirster Good I buy boots (Berserkers greaves) normally between 2nd or 3rd item.

as a cait 1 trick in gold 4 (steadily climbing too from bronze 4) with a 68% win rate in my last 19 games on cait (all on the current patch)

but you ultimately want to finish off one or the other first that is just game dependent. Only time i deviate from this build is if they are really stacking armor I forgo the 2nd zeal and go right to LW.
The hardest thing about this build is back timings you cant back with less than 1300 gold early game or you are so far behind the curve its not even funny. What you need to do is poke them down to about 50% hp and then just kinda leave them alone unless you are 100% sure you can all in them and kill them WITHOUT dying. Just keep them at 40-60% hp so they are forced to stay where you can harass when their hp starts to get too high like 60%+ and zone them off but they cant all in you. Lane freezes are super important this patch (its really hard to freeze once you get runnans so try and do it before then). You want to max Q for the harass then W. Pretty standard stuff and for runes go Fleet, overheal, bloodline, coup/cutdown (game dependent) with sorcery as your 2nd tree with gathering storm & nullifying orb/celerity/absolute focus. Your best bet is the following:

I'd try going for BT after Stormrazor if you don't face tank heavy opponents, the sustain really keeps you save and the raw ad helps the stormrazor procs to really hurt. Else, choose between SS and RFC depending on wether you really need the extra range, don't go for both. BT(or mercurial if you need the cleanse) is more valuable than a second zeal on cait, her as scaleing isn't that great and since the changes, zeal items are no longer that cost efficient and two+IE means you will overcap crit by 20% further reduceing the cost efficenc of a second zeal item. If you have issues with armor stacking opponents, getting lord dominics as ~3ed item isn't a bad call either. Also, try to finish boots second item, they are quite cost efficient and the ms is very valuable.

Basically get as much power as possible before going into crit.

You're not getting any lifesteal until at least the 4th item, so you will probably need it.
or is a better 4th item now, as crit wastes stats.
The last one is a luxury item, as you won't get it 90%+ of your games.

Storm->RFC->IE->BT->LW in most games is probably best bet to win (beserker/tabi somewhere in there after 1st item). Shiv->IE->rapidfire->BT->LW works too. However, don't expect too much from the crit champions right now, they are all pretty much weak.
Actually, while I haven't tested it on Cait, I have tried it with Tristana and Jinx and found pretty good success; try build Bloodthirster first. I start Long Sword and Refillable; this gives me two potions instead of one and I have 3 extra AD than I normally would have on Doran's Blade. The only thing I lose out on is Life Steal and health. However, the one thing the buffed on ADC's is their base HP so you can get away with losing that 80 health Doran's gives. And the lack of life steal is slightly canceled out by the 2 bots instead of one. Furthermore, you have a little bit of flexibility with where you take your build; are you having a hard laning phase? You can upgrade your Longsword into a Vamp Scepter and have some sustain for the laning phase. Are you destroying and you backed with 1300 gold? You can get a BF sword and snowball your lead.
Here are the pros of Bloodthirster first item:
Life steal Durability with the shield Decent AD Pretty good one item spike that can help you survive through mid game skirmishes
The cons are:
No Crit No AS(though this is easily remedy by grieves and going straight into a zeal item afterwards)
That's really it, honestly. You're getting it early enough too that there generally isn't a lot of Grievous Wounds running around to cut your healing. You still build into crit as well; I generally go BT->Grieves->Zeal Item->IE.

Overall it works out well for me. I also take Barrier over Heal lately because I personally like the lower CD but it does mean you can't really save your support if they need. :/ Which is actually a bummer.

I guess brawlers gloves/zeal > IE. Second item with the most success is RFC Third item with most succes is Shiv And fourth item ( if you get there) is mostly situational but BT has a 62% wr.
Rune wise.. People are still picking Fleet Fotwork. But IDK, I'm sure that there are better keystones for her.
Nobody knows how to build these characters anymore. People have been trying stuff around...
I've been experimenting with the rush on Trist and 
on Xayah cause feels really bad in general.
