do you play with screen lock?

as title suggests. im wondering if anyone plays with screen lock on? why or why not? personally ive grown used to playing with it off as i like to move the view around a lot and it helps me have better map awareness i feel. however, i do find there are times where i dont click right or having to adjust my camera at the wrong time causes me to get in trouble. i know its only a slight move of the wrist but that split second sometimes makes the difference between a kill or a death. just wanna know your thoughts!
