no keys this preseason?

so i know its only been 4 days but ive been playing pretty much non stop since the end of season 7 and i still havent gotten any key frags. anyone else having this issue? has the way we get keys changed? i mustve missed that in the patch notes... yes im high enough honor level to receive keys.
