prerequisite for ranked

Please make players require atleast 350 normal games won + atleast 5 champions at mastery 5 in order to connect to ranked

So many people just hit 30 and say ALRIGHT IM GUNNA BE A RANKED MAIN when they're not prepared for competitive play ( Sure its not a problem for people above silver cause these guys get contained in bronze and silver ) however it gets annoying when you look at someones match history and they have constant losses with 0 kills and 5+ deaths

These people are constant in ranked and it becomes highly irritating when you're trying to play the game whilst worrying about that one guy who is losing lane because " I don't know how to play this champion " or " I'm still learning the champion! forgive any misplays guys "

Normals is a mode for learning not RANKED

just having 13 champions as a prereq isn't enough to prepare players
