The new botrk is just garbage
Just... wow. It was good before in season 3, you gutted it, then you buffed it. Then you recently buffed it and I saw hope. Now you go back 2 steps and make it simply useless.
It had a decent balance of stats before. It has 25% attack speed which is basically nothing. You can't even tell if you have an attack speed item. And wtf is this 100 damage active? This item is now only good on tanks. Literally nobody should build it.
It's now shitty on Zed, shitty on Vayne, shitty on Gnar, shitty on Ezreal. Who's going to build it? Shyvana? Who else? You get this item when you want attack speed with nicely balanced stats or %hp damage. But it has less attack speed now so what good is it. You can basically only build on adc because they get other attack speed items. But what kind of adc is going to build this useless item? When they can build lethality and crit that are much more cost efficient and effective?
