Performing well in a game actually requires some thought. GASPS

How can you possibly blame a top laner who received 0 ganks and yet: won lane, did the highest damage output in the game, had the least deaths in the game, most wards purchased, most tower kills, most cs in the game, etc.

Okay, sure, I ran from a teamfight. Because it doesn't take a genius to know that when you see 2 of your teammates go down right at the start of a fight, you should run and basically minimise loses instead of trying to pull some magical 3v5 without your carries.

And this is the least of all.

What pisses me off even more is how players always find that 1 player who is alive after a team fight and just blame everything on that player. I see this so often and it makes me sick. How on earth are you blaming someone for doing that, regardless of whether it was a right decision or not, when you see players who just do nothing for the team throughout the whole game???????

like... seriously. open you eyes people.... god damn it.

edit: I didn't know so many people read this. But just going to throw it out there that I'm not desperate to win because I only play casually now, as in I troll half the time. I've been to higher tier where you just become immune to any trolling, feeding, etc. Been there done that you know? I'm not asking for league advice so please stop giving me one. This post is about blaming and picking on others for no reason. Just don't want people blaming me for their own... lack... of intelligence. People do stupid things all the time and that's what low elo is. Those players can be as stupid as they wish to be but they shouldn't blame others. Makes me laugh though... Sometimes I'm sitting on the opposite side of the map and I get pinged and cursed.

Btw, it was a gold 3 game

Yep. Watch the Vayne tumble into melee range of a Darius, not use condemn to get a stun against a wall, stand there autoing without even trying to tumble out of abilities, and then spam "team?" after they die. Or have a support Thresh, tank Akali, and MF trying to 3v1 Darius who just got 3 passive stacks off on the half health Thresh, so a teammate Danger pings 3 times and the MF runs away as the other two continue to chase the half health Darius into the enemy jungle only to have the enemy team collapse and the Thresh go "Why did you leave us MF?". Or half healthing the fed enemy Twitch and having him stealth away towards Baron as two of your teammates chase while you danger ping them away only to see them met with the rest of the enemy team who were in the middle of doing Baron turn and kill your two allies who respond with, "but we caught the enemy Twitch, just follow."

Don't be blaming me for not falling for the obvious bait/stupid play just because you thought it could've worked. I've done stupid stuff too where I see my ally Naut with ult up, so I target ping the enemy ADC next to their mid and support and then dive in as Katarina only to instantly die cause Naut didn't engage with me, but I don't blame the Naut for that.

Was playing Brand, we had a pre-rework WW and a Thresh support.

I ping my mana, about 5%, can't use any spell. Suddendly WW randomly presses R on their fed Kha, shortly dies after and types "Brand, wtf?" so I ping again for like 5 times my mana bar so he can clearly see I had none left. About 5 sec later Thresh lands a hook on Kha, goes in and dies and types "/all Report Brand for trolling, no follow.". Was fucking dying of laughter.

...I don't mean to sound rude, but if you actually have an attitude like this one, you will need to drop it in order to get better at League of Legends.

Looking at your game stats, you did get a lot of kills (with some probably taken from other carries), but you also died more than Orianna and Nautilus. So if you're going to call your teammates monkeys, you need to call yourself one too.

I think it's very unhealthy, player-wise, to get upset at your teammates. You get tunnel-visioned on their mistakes and are too blinded to see your own. Plus, you get so mad that you don't even get grateful that you just played an actual close, tight and GOOD game, rather than a one-sided snowball.

The only way to get better at League is to focus on yourself. What did you do right? What did you do poorly? What can you improve on? This might sound cheesy, but it helps way more than delusioning yourself into thinking that your teammates were animals.

Everyone makes mistakes. Making mistakes doesn't make us bad; it makes us human. Let them focus on their own mistakes, and let yourself focus on improving your play. Winning isn't what matters; it's playing well that matters.

I know you probably won't take advice from a bronze scrub like me, but if you do try out this new perspective I hope it gets you out of Gold and into Platinum. :)

i know the enemy team is bad, but lord have mercy at least they played together, compare my kill participation with my mid lane or AD, where were they? your guess is as good as mine. it isn't fair that because monkeys learned how to use computers I have to solo carry every game or lose.

Flaming your team on the boards seems acceptable as long as you aren't doing it in game. Flaming in game is the most useless thing a player can do. I'd rather a team mate AFK than flame.

Having said that you had a pretty mediocre game and there are probably many better examples of the point you're trying to make.

Eh, I'd rather flame than afk. I mean, sometimes I might prefer the afk literally because it's an easier-to-ban offense, especially if they ALSO flamed beforehand.

But flaming? I usually find it funny, only get insulted if I actually deserve it, and if it bothers me either way I just hit /mute.

crit gives me higher damage returns but less sustain, leona got scared to engage so it was just me and naut jumping in. maybe the new Lethality build would have worked better

So cocky just cause your gold? When people say gold 5 0 lp is even close to being the slightest shred of decent I just laugh at them. I played Redemption Sightstone Darius top lane ran down mid 5 times intentionally and still won, vs you low gold trash, cuz ur gold decisions are so laughably garbage that building suboptimal item and having a 1.5k gold deficit is meaningless. Don't trash talk rank until you get atleast D4.

partly your fault. 24 wins but failed to dominate teamfights and carry. 3 enemies who did not have a single armour item, and if you had the slightest idea of what to build (static shiv so you can AoE them and kill faster) you could've easily carried that game by instagibbing Caitlyn, rengar and viktor and then going for objectives

2 barons, 5 dragons, 24 kills, most gold highest damage and you still failed to win

Sure your teammates might not be the best, but i doubt you played this flawless or else you wouldn't have lost

Again, i don't think you were hugely at fault but like i said, you were insanely fed and should have tried to finish sooner, your team shouldnt be losing fights if you're with them, Yi falls off when you let the game drag on that long

You should have sold an item and gotten a GA.

I hate to say this because it is clear that your team was heavier than Naut's anchor, but you probably could have gotten a more efficient build to counter the enemy team. Suppose you sold Rageblade for GA and BT for Mercurial, provided you dodge the Blitzcrank hook no other champion on the other team would have been able stop you. A much better build would have been: item 1419 item 3139 item 3047 item 3026 item 3153 item 3046
The enemy champions that did have armor can't really do much to you assuming you don't misplay.

Part of climbing in ranked is developing a tolerance to your team's actions and play the best you can. It is clear that you were pretty tilted, but I want to tell you this in the hopes that this will help if you find yourself in a similar situation in the future.

Here's why low elo is bad. Greed(all the way to gold) Bad cs No objectives Dunning Kruger effect (why an I bronze) Play op's rather than what they enjoy Pick high skillcap/off meta shit Bad mechanics ^ Morale issues/regularly flame and troll. No map awareness. Bad decisions(continues to gold when they still know the right move becuse laziness and ties into greed)

I've seen dumb ass mistakes where I can say why go in. Like today, I was in a normals where I kennel at top fighting a fed yi and he used his e to chase instead of running back to tower. If he ran back, then he could've stunned under tower and full combo'd. I'd say my decision making is 3/5 and especially since I main jg. I also kind of try to fold if a chase proceeds for 10 seconds and not directly face check and ward first (Doesn't guarantee survival but helps). I also play around ability CD's as well. I.e, lux snare+ pushed to our tower = gank at that moment. Even with these things I'm considering, I'm missing somthing to climb out of bronze and there are occasional games that have a whole team of *facepalm where all lanes fail because they couldn't hold. I gank if I see an opening. But that's only part of it and not the full story.

Low elo basically goes one of two ways: -Someone on your team sees one thing they don't like and flames about it for the entire game, somehow gets the entire team to join in. Ya midlaner, the support hung out mid after bot turret went down and stopped you from getting 4man dove multiple times. Clearly its gg bc he "stole your xp", not because of all the other dumb stuff going on. -Enemy team does this more than yours, free win.

Ok One of the biggest issue with low elo is that they don't know how to group or when to group... believe me i am the lowest elo you can ever be and experienced it enough...

When all 5 of you are grouped mid vs 4 enemies. Your team sees 1 enemy splitpush top or bot and guess what?? All 4 of my allies leave the mid lane to kill that one split pusher. What happens to mid? I am left alone to defend so there goes me and the turret/s.

Ok if you thought this was bad then what about this... Even if there was an ally at top/bot who was defending the turret against the split pusher, and it is 4v4 at mid lane. As soon as your allies see the split pusher, all of them still leave the lane.

Then there is the fact that if they see an enemy and it's 2v1 and it is usually a tank. They will follow him all the way to the enemy jungle and get baited into 5v2. I am there pinging them and even typing to them "ITS A BAIT". My god they just want the kills!

You know whats horrendous? The fact that people can't farm and stall out the game instead of dying over and over... A shit load of my losses have very low scorelines because I refuse to participate in feeding the enemy more instead of trying to farm and be useful later on. Climbing would be so much easier if people could understand this. Also if you think im flat out blaming others, trust me I have my fair share of games where I fuck up and become that boosted bonobo.

I can't even count the number of games where my team's only treamfight strategy seems to be "aram midlane" (silver elo). It makes it super annoying to try and carry losing games when all they'll do is group as 4 mid and fight the fed enemy team, even while I'm trying to push out top or bot and let them know by pinging caution and saying "Don't fight yet, I'm pushing out x lane". Next thing you know, you hear "Enemy triple kill!" followed by question mark pings on you from your dead allies.

The amount of times I tell my team not to fight, or wait I have tp up, they do it anyways then die and fuck the game over. Now if we have a big enough lead ok not too big if a deal but if its contesting baron or the game has gone past 40 minutes and its really damn close... thats where it adds up. By no means am I perfect but sometimes I question the sense of awareness of others.

Welcome to Bronze Hell. As of 7.x Rito still doesn't give a plop.

They only make changes to the ranked ecosystem that contribute the the aggrandization of the "pro" scene. This is not a new problem and they have made it pretty clear they would rather spend time tweaking the "health" of joke game modes (killing URF and creating ARURF) than putting any effort into separating average players from garbage players.

When levelling up a smurf, I would just mute anyone who ever says a single negative thing, immediately. Was a really effective solution and I actually had fun. Mute: highly recommended.

I once had a Brand who was just...Just..... There's no word to describe it. He bought five fucking dorans rings, fed the enemy fizz insanely, and was toxic as hell.. he wasn't too bright either. At the start of the game, the enemy team essentially invited one of us to one vs one with them in a custom match. Brand accepted and asked how to get to said custom match. They replied by saying press control and some F#(I forgot the button). He actually did it. The button closed his computer I think, and that's how he ended up missing the first five minutes of the game. He also kept flaming me for not wasting my ultimate and redemption to keep him alive five seconds longer. Gj Brand.

If we were talking about norms I'd totally agree with you but ranked game play should be highly competitive (thats where the fun comes from) and it's very frustrating to have a game that is going well ruined by one or two scrubs that just don't think.

I hate being bronze. I'm not that great. But better then most when I use my mains. But there are one or two players who treat ranked like norms and just play anyone and feed all game then afk. Sometimes on my team. Sometimes on the other team. Either way makes the game suck.

I'm not gonna act like im perfect because im def not but I 100% agree. Yesterday 2 of my teammates kept chasing this zed and I was pinging like crazy to stop. Wrote in chat come get dragon with me come get dragon with me. Well they finally caught up to zed but he was with the rest of his team. BAITED! Riven and yas players are the worst they are super aggressive and go in no matter the situations and blame everyone else when they die.
