Bard Small Buff (in ult range per lvl)

ok honestly i think that bard has alot of strengths and weakness and although might not be a or s tier definitely has reason to be chosen in game but i hear a lot about buffing bard but a minor buff so thats hes not op so ima give an idea of how we might do this so as you know bards ult like most is unlocked at lvl 6 and can be seen has a power spike although not as big as others what you might not know is that at lvl 11 bards ult upgrade only reduces the cooldown of the ability now if we gave his ult a small upgrade this might be the little bit of a buff/power spike to his mid game but it does no damage so we cant increase it and the length of the abilitys cc is already long enough but what if the range was increased like xerath ult this would be a great buff to his mid game without making it op because it would not effect the earlly/laneing phase because supports usually have the lowest level in the game i know plenty occasions in which this could be handy but yet i cant see a way this can break the game i honestly think this would be the perfect buff to bard if we were to buff him again
