not re portable because " hes not running down a lane"..

whats ur definition of inting?

this guy picked a champ he has no experience on knowing everyone else is looking to win.

this guy afked mid and did nothing but die and refused to budge from the lane.

this guy had no damage or mechanics.

thats inting.

thats playing with the intent to lose.

he didnt want to play something he knows because THEN thats considered trying to win.

this should be reportable.

"first timing a champ in an elo that requires brain cells"

edit: he hasnt played lucian once this season with over 450 games as well as no lucian in his match history.

positive player!!

  1. No matter your ELO, you are not required to play a champion you're proficient at, even at ranked. You are free to pick any champion, in any role, building any items with some sort of logic attached to them with any summoners. If Riot gives you a choice, you may take it.

  2. Having no damage or mechanics isn't inting either. Farming isn't inting.

  3. Abstract strategies isn't inting. You can sit in one lane all game if you'd like. If you aren't afk, you're helping in some way. You don't like it, I don't like it, no one likes it. But when you say that's inting, report all split pushers and heavy farmers. It's all the same thing.

  4. Your rigid definition of helpful isn't Riot's. Reportable offenses are afking and toxicity. Someone sitting in a lane all game CSing is still contributing, albeit not much. He didn't feed clearly, didn't participate much in player combat, sure, but still was a presence in the game. Participated in 11% of the kills, not much, but still was there.

please add me and lets duo.

ive always wanted to try ap riven.

lets see how it goes in ranked xDDDD not trolling or inting tho!!!!!

you wouldnt last 5 minutes with me

Nahui3 votes

I won't because I don't like you, but I can't report you for it. You missed the point entirely and it reflects your grasp of the system. You can't simply report what you don't like. It has to be reportable. You can main AP riven, that's not reportable. Try it.

Essychu2 votes

its called playing against ur team.

ur purposely putting ur team at a disadvantage.

riven has no ap scalings.

by playing her ap im pretty much asking to be useless.

same with 1st time champs in ranked.

LeagueOfJhin1 votes

As long as your not inting ap Riven is not reportable because we dont half to follow the meta Pinkward is a prime example of this

Essychu1 votes

shaco can be built ap and pinkward has experience on shaco for 4 years.....

my lucian didnt play him once all year long.

LeagueOfJhin1 votes

Why is he forbidden to start then?

Essychu1 votes

in d1 ranked?

why should i explain this to you?

why?

logic doesnt work on you.

if u think this is "ok" you are fucked up.

1st timing shit in d1 where everyone busting their ass off to climb and win.

d1 where people are actually good at the game unlike silver 1st timers?

u cant get away with being bad in d1 as easily as u can other elos.

LeagueOfJhin1 votes

everyone is busting their asses off to climb in ranked its RANKED besides the usual trolls and nobody's obligated to be proficient at a champion to pick them in ranked

Nahui2 votes

Felt compelled to reply to this one too. Should you first time Lucian in D1? No. Is it reportable? No.

So again, for the dense guys in the back. . . it is not r-e-p-o-r-t-a-b-l-e.

Nahui2 votes

Lichbane-Luden's, there's your AP scaling. In fact, Lichbane on riven, albeit wasted mana, would work nicely with her passive and her many spell instances. Her best build? No. Reportable? Absolutely not.

Again, I'm not arguing it's good, or what people should do. I'm literally saying it's not reportable. She may be useless, you may hate her and lose every time, but it's not reportable.

Again, for the dense ones like you out there, all I am arguing is it is not reportable. So, let me repeat myself since judging by your grammar and unstable attitude, you can't be that bright; I am simply arguing that it....is....not.....r-e-p-o-r-t-a-b-l-e.

Understand, hothead?

Essychu1 votes

how are you going to call me a hothead when your first instinct is to protect a trolling piece of dogshit?

if anything i dont like you because riot has their claws so far in your head you couldnt think clearly when an irl situation happens.

"positive attitudes wins games" surely positivity won me this game with the lucian...

its reportable.

ill keep reporting it as inting because thats what it is, playing with the intent to lose.

Nahui2 votes

Do you know what hothead means? All you did was own up to it in that very first line lol.

So, you can tell yourself it's reportable. I can't control the delusion in your head. And report anyone you don't like, anyone who first times a champ in ranked. There's nothing about following Riot's word. Again, I don't think you understand basic English. This your second language? I think it is. I didn't say I approved of this sort of gameplay. I simply stated that it isn't reportable. It's not against their code of conduct. Anyone can go AP riven and if they're trying to win, and not buying 6 boots of mobi and running down the map, then it's legit. Sorry you can't get that through your head. Just think, a little bit. I know it's hard for you. But just try. -think-

But hey, do yourself a favor. Add them. Watch the account. There will be 0 penalties. You won't, partly because you don't care that much and partly because you know it won't do anything, but it's the simple fact. It's not reportable. You're free to report everyone, all that does is flag your account as a numerous reporter if they never turn out to be valid, and future reports are weighted less. But again, it is not reportable.

Repeat after me: It is not reportable.

You can claim it is. You can write Riot a big message while you believe people not playing rank 7 champions or fully meta builds is reportable, and you might give one of them a good laugh before they toss your garbage opinion where it belongs, but it........is.............not............reportable.

If you have a native language, let me know and I can try and run this through shitty google translate into your language. Otherwise, please read for once. Lol.

You should just dodge the next time that happens instead of making a negative shitpost thread. Sure, it sucks losing 3 LP because people want to first time a champ in ranked but it's better than losing around 20 LP or even more or a loss.

Essychu2 votes

i didnt know he was first timing him lol.

i dont stats check everyone i play with until they perform bad so i check whats going on

Holy Fervor2 votes

At your MMR this is basically inting. However if he doesn't do this enough, the system wont register it as a valid report and leave him unpunished.

Jinzo Torrance2 votes

It's not technically intining though (he didn't intentionally feed right?). The guy just picked something unfamiliar and played like garbage, you can report for negative attitude (giving up).

Essychu1 votes

how do u give up in champ select lol.

idk how u can have no respect for ur teammates and pick shit like this tbh.

so sad.

"im bored why not fuck my d1 teammates and be useless for the entire game".

Jinzo Torrance1 votes

Yeah, I mean the guy probably thought since Lucian + Botrk is really strong he could faceroll the lane the first playing him, no respect for people doing this in ranked.

Also Negative attitude includes not playing at your fullest or not cooperating (Giving up or Griefing the team), so he did not played his best to win but didn't intentionally fed.

Dude... that's a scrub being a scrub... you can't punish bad players for playing poorly or you'd all have been perma'd years ago.

Now what Tobias fate has been doing the last 3 months is inting deliberately, if you want to complain about riot failing to uphold the standards of the game and enforce the rules then use actual evidence from a real current example that actually applies to your argument.

Also, this thread has no business on gameplay, there is nothing constructive about it, no discussion being spurred, it's a pure qq meme, and is more appropriate for any board section other than gameplay as it's purely a personal rant that also violates the name and shame rule.

Honestly, the community would probably prefer it if you refrain from posting at all if this is going to be your average contribution to the community at large. Let's try to do constructive things on the gameplay board, not clutter it with useless and pointless threads that violate board rules.

I get to talk about this shit. I've been here for 7 years. This is my board. I nurture it, I feed it, I help it grow. If you don't feel like doing the same, you can leave, permanently if need be.

i dont need to be lectured on what not to post by some random over the internet.

Apparently you do.

Behave.

Play nice.

You only get one warning.

Kid, you're calling for punishment of a player who I probably regularly beat because he's not consistent and plays what he feels like instead of what he's good at, which is his right as a player. However, there is a very clear rule against naming and shaming and you violated every aspect of it with this thread, which is inappropriate content for the boards in the first place and only belongs, at best, in a support ticket.

You'll stop getting lectured when you start behaving. Quit being a petulant child.
