Does anyone else have trouble locking in their ban?

I'm getting lag spikes trying to lock in my ban, then there's a pop up saying "There was a problem selecting a champion. Please try again." Then I end up dodging. I didn't put this in Report a Bug just because it's a lag spike and not a game error in case you were wondering.
