Riot please respond

I wanted to ask, does riot plan on having a mini rework or full gameplay rework of aurelion sol and if yes when approximately is it gonna be. I feel like he is a bit weird mid laner because you mostly fly to other lanes with E and gank so he would fit more to a jungler type of champion yet again you can hardly take him jungle because your passive damages camps when you pass by. I feel like he is to situational in mid and can be either op ( rarely ) or completely weak because he is practically countered with cc and movement speed not mentioning blinks and like 75% mid laners have that and because of that he is just sometimes so frustrating to play as since you cannot do anything to win except maybe sit under turret and wait for them to come so you can flash ult under turret. His visuals look amazing and It would be a waste not to see him that often in game
