They nerf to her burst from 100% to 40% is taking it too far.
She is not able to trade well with other champs, so her buffs are not viable.
Please restore her burst from 40% to at least 60% (being modest)
Champ is just not able to do anything especially after 25/30 min. (Especially in team fights)
Hmm, this is reminding me of what happened to Lucian. People were playing lethality Lucian, lethality got it's deserved nerfs. People were like Lucian is crap now (he wasn't, maybe a tad lacking at worst). Riot gives him a love tap buff, and then he starts seeing play again and is doing well (well enough some people are saying he's too good now). What really made the difference is that people stopped building the usual lethality build and starting itemizing differently on him (AD into AD+crit, for example, with 1 AS+crit item in there). I think the same applies to Quinn: figure out an efficient item build in her current state and adjust your playstyle to take advantage of that path's strengths.

LOL your at 48-49% and your complaining.. try taking a sub 40% for two months and a sub 45% for three months after that with no help in sight and incoming buffs to your strongest counters, and then call me in the morning...
