Question about LP Gains/Losses

Currently Silver 5.

Getting 14 Lp per win, and losing 23 Lp per lose.

I'm getting a guaranteed Troll/Afk/Inter/Enemy Team assister/or extremely unskilled person per 1 of 3 games (Being generous on this, usually 2 per 3 games) thus making it impossible to climb.

My Mmr is stating Bronze 3, and keeps getting worse even thou I'm scoring A- and above on average and also scoring high k/d/a's.

What do I do?

I heard dropping down to Bronze will reset the MMR? Or would hitting S4 reset it?
