LeBlanc Balance and Kit Changes

The following changes to LeBlanc's kit are to be considered ''just made up'' and to be politely judged. I am only seeking for an opinion and nothing more. If you are to spot a change and think of it as broken, please state why and again in a polite manner.

I would like to address something before I start to dive in with the changes. LeBlanc gets a movement speed boost when she uses Sigil of Malice and Ethereal Chains when she has the Enchantment Furor on the boots of her choice.

I will start with her Q

Possible Sigil of Malice: Buffs

Half of Sigil of Silence's mana cost is refunded when proced by another spell or Half of the ability that was used to proc Sigil of Malice is refunded. Sigil of Malice now provides a short movement speed boost when proced. Doesn't stack with Enchantment Furor.

Possible Sigil of Malice Nerf (Compensation for the buff): Sigil of Silence base damage lowered by 10.

Now for her W

Possible Distortion Nerf: LeBlanc will not be able to use the return part of her W if she hasn't dealt damage with it or with her other spells for 4 seconds. Hitting minions and monsters count. So basically if LeBlanc just uses distortion to jump through a wall or just jump in general, she won't be able to hit W again.

Possible Distortion Buff: Due to the W nerf, LeBlanc's return part now has 5 seconds instead of 4. So LeBlanc really needs to inflict damage if she is to use W. More meaningful and more thoughts to be put when using W.

For her E

Ethereal Chains Kit Change: LeBlanc is now able to switch positions with her target.

Okay, before you lay judgment, you should read first because this change will have a lot of uses

(For champions (it's up to LeBlanc if she wants to switch with her target or not. If she does switch, she will be putting herself in danger) (If LeBlanc starts with W then the chain, if she misses both, she will not be able to return back with W unless she hits the target with Sigil) (If LeBlanc starts with W then chain, if she does manage to hit both, she may switch with her target first then return to her W. This is giving her a chance to hook) (When ganked, LeBlanc will be able to chain whoever ganked her from behind and switch places to her safe zone) (LeBlanc may only be able to switch places with an enemy champion or her clone) (For tricky play, if LeBlanc chains her clone, it would be up to her if she wants to switch or not) (LeBlanc is not allowed to switch with Ally champion, Minions, and Monsters as she already has distortion) (With the given changes, it might be a good idea to change the duration of the chain when it hits the target with one more second)

I know that it's a complicated process but I would like you to point out what you don't like about the changes. If you don't like everything, please give a reason as to why :)

I thought LeBlanc was broken and too overpowered.. Then i bought her.. I enjoy being able to one hit anyone on their team at any point of the game. lmao

Not sure about the Q, W change seems interesting to me and perhaps a good way to change LeBlanc if they wanted to cut down on her extreme escape potential. I think the E change is probably a bit much; swapping positions with an opponent can be situationally extremely powerful (Urgot ultimate). For instance, swapping an opponent under your tower, into your team, etc. I'm not sure we really want to be making LeBlanc even harder to play against than she already is.

Overall, I'm actually pretty content with LeBlanc where she is (or after minor nerfs as currently being tested on the PBE). The Q and W changes you suggest might be worthy of consideration.

Well I have two points to bring up regarding the switching of positions.

First of all, Ethereal Chains is a skillshot unlike Urgot which is a targeted one.

Two, for me, it's extremely rare to hit people with the chain because first, people are mostly afraid of LB, she's the one that is making the first move. Second, no one would be hard engaging a LeBlanc on her turret unless she's extremely low and it's a secured kill together with your jungler so the chance of pulling someone to the turret is very low. If LeBlanc's target is the one near the turret, she's not gonna swap herself in the turret

But I totally agree with you. Even when I was typing the E changes, I was starting to feel confused :P

what RITO is doing is -5% on her scaling on her abilities. what rito doesnt see is that lb is a lane bully and thats where they need to hurt her.
