LeBlanc Rework + Lore + Black Rose

Although LeBlanc is not really a priority for a rework even though she may or could use one, I think it would be interesting to see a story as part of her rework that the current Matron which is Evaine steps down from the throne and pass it to the next Matron of the Black Rose with all new kit and design but it's a bit tricky with the outfit since it is something that is passed down along with the title. The headdress stays but as far as outfit, that could change as well as maybe a new scepter? and from Emilia (Evaine) LeBlanc there will be a new replacement Emilia ( x ) LeBlanc.

I know that the sole reason for a new matron would be age and Evaine herself is still young but this is just for a rework sake if it happens.

If you are/were a champion designer, what kind of background, kit (Still having deception as part of the kit as it is the core), and name would you give to the next possible Matron?
