An Idea for a buff to hard CC
My idea is simple. Make any effect that prevents player-controlled movement (roots, stuns, taunts, etc.) interrupt any dash that isn't specifically coded to grant CC immunity. For example, Pantheon uses his E, but partway through, he gets hit by Lux's Q. Pantheon should be stopped right where the Q hit him because that's where the CC timer starts and his E does not grant him CC immunity.
