W: Heightened Senses

Cooldown decreased from 50/45/40/35/30 to 40/35/30/25/20 seconds

Attack speed increased from 20/35/50/65/80% to 60/70/80/90/100%

E: Vault

Damage increased from 40/70/100/130/160 to 100/125/150/175/200

R: Behind Enemy Lines/Skystrike

Movement speed increased from 70/100/130% to 100/200/300%

Skystrike damage increased from 40% to 80%

I love Quinn, but I'm going to have to disagree here. Quinn, to me, feels almost identical to how she felt before the Great Blunder That Is This Preseason. What feels different is the fact that almost every other adc seems too powerful with the slightest lead. I'd rather scale everyone else back than make Quinn more cancerous than she needs to be.

Afterthought, I wouldn't mind upping the Skystrike damage. It is pretty negligible, always has been imo.
