I'm not a big fan of the changes.

I know where you're coming from in these changes. It improves the effectiveness of Viktor while his victim is stunned (Preferably in his gravity field.) while also shifting his effectiveness to the Ultimate (The cloud portion, not the initial portion.) ...but, what I dont get is...

Why reduce the effectiveness of his most iconic ability (and harder to learn ability)and change it to his most boring ability (Q)

I mean, I kinda like the ult change, but... (Even though it kills my fancy build of lyandries and Rylais with him.)

A lot of people are complaining about his clunkyness on the PBE, saying it is even clunkier than his pre-worked self. His winrate is already not the best, and making him clunkier will get him out of the competitive scene completely.

I dont want Viktor to become this farm-fest mage with his E. I want my Bursty Viktor. I want my Laser to be a good poking tool (Not a big fan of the scaling nerf.), because it is a hard ability to hit from far away.

(I'm not against this change entirely, as he will become more effective in TFs...but still, do not like it that much.)

They have basically removed Viktor's ability to go on offense. Poke is going to be weak. E only will do damage on heavily CC'd targets - 1.25 requires a lot of CC - Rylai's will have worn off by the explosion proc. Only way to catch someone in grav well is if they are CC'd by a teammate. R damage depends on W and ally CC. It is depressing what they are doing.

E change is retarded

Aside from the delay being bullshit and ruining his entire offensive potential

Not two months ago I believe it was that his E got nerfed for being too good at waveclearing. And now we get Riot making his E only useful for clearing waves because nobody who isn't AFK is going to take the second hit
