Vayne kit

Hey guys, id like to talk a bit about and how to counterplay or counteritemize her. I am currently in Plat elo and i am having problems to play vs vayne, because i consider her OP and broken by Kit design. At first, you cannot counter itemize agaist her, because you simply cannot build HP / armor , coz she will still shred you like you have 1K hp and 0 armor, doesnt matter what you build , most also build BOTRK in this tank meta, so you cannot really hope you can fight her as tank or bruiser( in mid to late game ) for example . You cannot kill her as a mid lane mage, because she will simply press ultimate and dodge your spells via Q , for example As a support,you kinda dont stand a chance,do you? About ADCs, its a bit hard,when she can just pop R and go for AA->Q->AA and you die instantly, so you have really 0 chance to counterplay As an assasin, she will probably get peeled and she also has good selfpeel in her kit, so its not so easy to assasinate her in "higher" elo where people know what peel is.

So basicly, if you do not pick right champions, you lose ( in SoloQ ) , because your team wont be good/strong/communicative enough to bring to 0/5 and then end the game till it reaches midgame, because in that time, will have those sweety 3 items which will oneshot any non tank champion in matter of 1-2 sec, who gets in her range of fire. The way I see it, if you do not have enough of burst/CC comp, you lost, because no matter how you destroy her in lane, she will come back in mid game, having 0/20 and 3 items and will win their game and end up 50/20. In my mind, only 2 things are good agaist and will destroy her.

1. Ending game till it reaches 30th min ( Hard in soloQ , people feed,people dont communicate, you cannot just end when you want to, there is always some 0/10 guy or perma top farmer )
2. have good Champion composition, which will CC her to death, for example having or someone like that to just jump on her and destroy her with help of your team instantly , because she cant just QSS that. Those are only 2 options I see, if i talk about player, who knows her and knows how to play her, not some braindead guy who picks her and goes 0/10 and AFK´s after

So lets talk a bit about her kit :

Passive

• movement speed for chasing kill , pretty awesome, you cannot run from her Q
• AA reset, dodging spell, giving your next AA +50% of AD , all this included on 2s CD

W

• I hate this thing, every 3rd hit ( its not hard to get those up, build full Attack speed, excluding ) she will just shred piece of your max HP via true damage, so as any character, who wants to build tanky, you cannot, because no matter how much HP & armor you have, this thing will still do a shitton of damage

E

• awesome selfpeel, so as an assasin, if you try to kill her, she will knock back you and her team will gangbang you, also, thanks to her Q&R skills,she can easily pin you to nearest wall just by using her Q in right direction

R

• AD steroid, increasing her chasing potential via passive and giving her invisibility upon casting Q for fairly good duration, in duration of her R, she will be 50% of time in invisibility, just playing with you and shreding you to pieces, while her team slaughters yours, low cooldown included

Is there anything really she doesnt have? in mid-late game, she has good survivality, she has strong DPS and insane burst, even are jealous at her 3AA burst which deletes squishy champ with literally no CD

Could you guys please give me your opinion on her and her kit and if you could , give me some advice, how to play versus her, which I do not see? Thank you alot.
