Gangplank announcer

Hello fellow summoners , Is there any way of downloading and replacing announcer? I read that i could download it and just replace the default in game files, Id like the Gangplank one like was in previous events, but i cant find it anywhere, does someone know anything ´bout it please?:) Thx you all
