Hey Guys, I recently bought urgot and I was wondering if I should buy Heimer, Anivia, or another 3150 champion. I am looking for someone who is good in ranked, and overall fun to play. Please say why.

I main Anivia
She is a force once a you reach mid or late game without feeding the lane. She has clear strengths and weaknesses
I prefer her because she is one of the few champions who can actually chunk and ADC if you land your abilities. Yet, hyper mobility can really mess her up.
But there are betterchamps than her especially based your preference role and lane.
Anivia can be borinng. She is designed to avoid confrontations when losing.
